This is the time of safe holidays, where precautionary measures and sanitation protocols are essential. We are working to combine the highest standards of hospitality with those of protection: both towards guests and external suppliers and towards our staff.
Our hospitality model was born, in 14 points.
1) Security protocol
In collaboration with the Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), the world leader in certifications, we have defined a health protocol for guests, staff and suppliers. The Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) has examined, tested and confirmed the sanitation protocols that we have chosen to apply with the aim of ensuring a peaceful holiday for all our guests.
2) Advanced digital services
To limit interaction and direct contact with surfaces to a minimum, we have developed procedures that allow us to streamline check-in and check-out procedures, reducing waiting and waiting times at the front desk to a minimum. More efficiency, faster, more time for your holidays.
• Web-check-in with room assignment before arrival and key assignment procedure by implementing multiple workstations in the reception area;
• Online services for guests - QR code with page dedicated to information regarding all the services offered;
3) Hygiene and sanitation protocols
Riva degli Etruschi follows hygiene protocols based on health standards approved by the World Health Organization and certified by SGS.
Special cleaning of villas / residences / rooms
In addition to the normal cleaning procedures, an additional sanitization and disinfection protocol has been introduced for surfaces (remote controls, furniture, handles, etc.), fabrics and furnishings with Ekonore bio ozone generating machines that does not cause damage to the environment and people. . At the end of each treatment, a sign of sanitisation is left in each room.
All the linen supplied to the customer, both bed and bath, is packaged with transparent film and is treated with virucidal VAH registered procedures that guarantee a washing and sanitizing process capable of obtaining microbial abatement on the fabrics (Ozonit perfomance and Oxyguard Emulsion according) .
Cleaning and sanitizing common areas
The common areas have been equipped to make them usable in complete safety.
The front desk has been equipped with plexiglass separators and distance indicators. The two entrance doors have been used as an entrance and an exit.
The reception, toilets and other common areas of the structure are sanitized in line with the general protection protocols.
In restaurants, the sterilization of kitchens and utensils is carried out with the use of clinically tested products for cleaning, in line with hospital protocols.
4) Beach, sports equipment and entertainment
We have made sure that our guests do not have to give up the pleasure of a swim in our beautiful sea.
It will be possible to enjoy our private beach but with some precautions:
To ensure everyone's health, the distance between the umbrellas will be at least 3.5 meters on both sides; it will be our staff's responsibility to accompany customers to the assigned position, which will remain the same for the entire period of stay; both sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as both nautical and outdoor sports equipment (canoes, bikes, etc.) will always be sanitized after each use;
Kids & miniclub will be managed by specialized personnel dividing children and young people into micro-groups, so that they can share all the proposed activities in total safety; all animation equipment will always be sanitized after each use;
5) Food & Beverage services adapted to the security protocol
To minimize the risks, we have adapted our processes relating to the ordering, preparation, delivery, consumption and payment of food & beverage services;
Our famous breakfast buffet will continue to offer all guests the opportunity to taste the sweet delicacies not with the self-service but with a dedicated waiter who will serve your chosen breakfast at your table. In addition, the breakfast menu can be consulted by clicking on a digital QR code and preferences can be communicated to the staff the previous evening. The use of single portions for breakfast served at the tables will allow you to enjoy your meal in absolute safety.
