What includes the Riva Club Card? How much does it cost? Is it mandatory?
RIVA CLUB CARD: € 35 mandatory from 3 years of age, € 35 per person per week
Special offer: Riva Club Card for free for stays in the periods 24/05 – 14/06 and 14/09 – 12/10/19

Is it possible to arrive at the Resort before check-in time?
Certainly, it is possible to arrive before check-in time:
- check-in to hotel 03:00 p.m.
- check-in to apartments 06:00 p.m.
While waiting for your room or apartment to be ready you may use the following services from 10.30 a.m. on: reserved and numbered parking, beach service and equipment, swimming pools and nursery, at the price of € 50.
Is there a luggage deposit?
You may leave you luggage at the reception on arrival or departure day.
Is it possible to use the beach and the swimming pool on departure day?
Once you have left your room (within 11:00 am) or apartment (within 10.30 am), you may continue to use the following service: not numbered parking inside the resort, beach service and equipment, swimming pools until 07.00 pm, at the price of € 50.
Is it possible to ask for a late check-out?
The possibility to check-out later (in the afternoon) can be checked only on your departure day. The service is to be paid € 50 leaving the room/apartment within 03:00 p.m. or € 70 leaving the room/apartment within 06:00 pm.
Are there any dressing rooms I may use on my departure day?
At the swimming pool you find dressing rooms at your disposal.
Are there any connected rooms?
The hotel has some connected rooms; please contact us for further information writing to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Is it possible to book rooms or apartments that lay side by side?
Certainly, please specify your request on your reservation, asking for rooms/apartments that lay side by side or closed to each other. We will do our best to satisfy your request according to the actual availabilities. Please consider, however, that some types of apartments cannot be near to each other (e.g.: villas large and villas medium).
Is it possible to asked for a baby cot or a highchair for an infant when booking an apartment?
Certainly, please specify your request for a baby cot or highchair on your reservation, so that the hotel can check the availability of this service; it costs 49 € per week if you book both a baby cot and a highchair and 35 € if you only need either a baby cot or a highchair.
Is it possible to add a third bed in a room booked as a double room?
It is possible to add a baby cot, but it is not possible to add a single bed in a double room. We may however check the availability of a triple room for you.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Certainly, there will be no fee for cancellations received within 30 days before arrival.
In the case of cancellations after this term, will be charged:
- 30% of the PRICE for cancellations received from 29 to 21 calendar days before the arrival:
- 50% of the PRICE for cancellations received from 20 to 8 calendar days before the arrival:
- 100% of the PRICE for cancellations after the previously scheduled terms.
Attention: not valid for not refundable rates!
How can I safeguard myself in case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival?
You may take out the Riva Cancellation insurance at € 10 per day. It covers fees due to cancellation made within 29 days before arrival. It applies to illness / accident with hospitalization or demise of a family component or of a first degree relative. Written evidence is required (issued by hospital or police department). Attention: not valid for not refundable rates!
