Our holiday resort in Tuscany is located in San Vincenzo (Province of Livorno), on the Etruscan coast, a few kilometres from the Gulf of Baratti. From this stunning location you can check out some of the most famous sights in Tuscany. During your stay, you should absolutely not pass up the opportunity to visit medieval villages such as Suvereto, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Campiglia Marittima or the great art cities like Pisa, Siena and Florence

You can reach us in about an hour’s drive from Pisa International Airport (84 km) or in about an hour and thirty minutes from Florence International Airport (137 km). The international airport of Rome Fiumicino is about three hours (246 km) away by car, while the international airport of Milan Malpensa is about four hours (412 km) away. By train, we are only 3.5 km from the San Vincenzo railway station and about 10 km from the Campiglia Marittima station, which is served by high-speed trains and a taxi service.

If arriving by car from the North, SS1 E80 Via Aurelia, exit San Vincenzo Nord then follow the signs. From the South: SS1 E80 Via Aurelia, exit San Vincenzo Sud.
