The scent of the sea and the sound of the waves: a unique location overlooking the Tuscan archipelago, where you can savour dishes with carefully selected fish products in compliance with the objectives of sustainable fishing. In particular, we serve fish, molluscs, or crustaceans with a short life cycle, so as not to affect their reproducibility; we do not offer endangered species such as bluefin tuna, protected or prohibited, such as sardine whitebait, or undersized.
At the Nautico restaurant, you can sit on a terrace that offers magnificent views of the Island of Elba and at the same time savour seafood dishes from the coast, for an immersive experience that involves all your senses. The selection of the local fish that we make, respects the criteria that we have drawn up with the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, a university of Slow Food, which allow us to bring genuine dishes to the table respecting the marine species.

When the sun sets, this exclusive location is the setting for enchanting aperitifs enriched by our Gin-eprò, a spirit that releases the scents of the green oasis in which the bar is located, and by wines of our own production.
