Our cottages are located at a distance of 10 to a maximum of 200 metres from our private beach and range in size from 36 to 75 square metres. They all have two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, kitchen or kitchenette, living room and are all equipped with either a furnished terrace, patio or balcony

Our rooms are nestled in the heart of Riva degli Etruschi’s natural park, just a few steps from the sea — between 15 and 200 metres from the beach. Ranging from 15 to 25 m², each room offers an intimate and comfortable space with a bedroom and private bathroom, designed for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.

They consist of two or three bedrooms, with two or three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and are all equipped with an outdoor patio with tables, deckchairs and chairs
