Your event in safety

In collaboration with the Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), a world leader in certification, we have drawn up a safety protocol to combat and contain the spread of Covid-19 for clients and staff at events, conferences and meetings. The Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) has examined, tested and confirmed the sanitisation protocols we have chosen to apply with the aim of ensuring that all our customers have a safe and careful stay.

Access to the rooms will only be allowed on production of a Green Pass or proof of a negative COVID-19 test effected no more than 48 hours previously

• Dedicated staff to sanitise surfaces more frequently using special disinfectant detergents;

• Positions with hand sanitising gel in the halls and common areas used to welcome guests;

• Individual safety equipment for all staff and those who request it

• For the halls, the application of the strict sanitisation protocol implemented since the beginning of the 2021 season. In addition to the normal and thorough cleaning of the halls with specific disinfectant detergents, an additional professional sanitisation and disinfection treatment of the rooms, furniture accessories and fabrics using bio-ozone has been implemented

• Constant sanitisation of any objects used by participants during accreditation and access, to provide the highest level of protection for both guests and our staff

• Setting up the conference rooms with modular set-ups to guarantee a minimum distance of 2 metres between one seat and the next (depending on the type of room set-up chosen, this will mean halving and in some cases reducing to one third the number of seats currently available)

• Trained staff will assist guests in access areas and in all areas where queues or crowds may form. In the case of events with a large number of participants, a dedicated Event Operations Coordinator will be present in the hall to check that the security measures are correctly applied

• We have also identified an emergency procedure for the safe management of a person experiencing a fever above 37.5°C and/or Covid-19 symptoms. The procedure includes the identification of a suitable place for isolation while waiting for the intervention of the Health Authorities
