CHECK-IN

• the key delivery and access to the cottages or apartments will take place from 6.00 pm
• the key delivery and access to the hotel rooms will take place from 3.00 pm 

ONLINE CHECK-IN

• The procedure consists of entering your data in a dedicated platform (the instructions will be included in an email you will receive before departure)
• The key delivery and access to the cottages or apartments will take place from 6.00 pm
• The key delivery and access to the hotel rooms will take place from 3.00 pm 

CHECK-OUT

• Check-out: by 10.30 am on the day of departure, vacating both the cottage/apartment/hotel room and the assigned parking space.

• Late check-out service: on request, subject to availability. It includes the use of the accommodation, the car parking and all the resort facilities until 3 p.m. The cost corresponds to 50% of the night rate.

LATE BEACH & POOL STAY

Extra service on request, subject to availability.

It includes the access to the pool and the beach after the check-out and it costs 50€.

It is established that on the day of departure, the cottage/apartment/hotel room and the assigned parking space must be vacated no later than 10.30 am.
